These terms set out the rules for using our website and buying products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, scraping content without permission, or using the website in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.
We may update, suspend, withdraw or restrict access to all or part of our website at any time for operational, business or security reasons.
3. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods in your basket. After placing an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order and confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where:
- the product is unavailable or discontinued;
- there is an error in the price, description or availability;
- payment is not authorised or is flagged as potentially fraudulent;
- delivery is not available to your address;
- you have provided incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information;
- we reasonably believe the order breaches these terms or applicable law.
4. Prices, promotions and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on how our website is configured and what is stated at checkout.
Delivery charges, surcharges and any additional services will be shown separately where applicable. Final pricing will be confirmed at checkout before you submit your order.
We may change prices, promotions, product availability and delivery charges at any time. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn or changed without notice.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
5. Product information, colours and measurements
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. However, small differences may occur between website images and the actual product.
For furniture and home products, please note:
- colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, fabric batch or natural material variation;
- dimensions are approximate and minor tolerances may occur;
- wood, marble, leather, metal and other natural materials may have variations in grain, tone, texture or finish;
- accessories shown in lifestyle images may not be included unless clearly stated;
- assembly may be required unless the product page states otherwise.
Before purchasing large furniture, you are responsible for checking the product dimensions and ensuring the item can fit through doors, staircases, lifts, hallways and into the intended room.
6. Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and timeframes vary depending on the product, courier service, delivery postcode and stock location. Delivery dates and lead times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing as guaranteed.
For large, heavy or fragile items, we may use a specialist courier. The courier may contact you directly to arrange a delivery date or time window.
You must ensure that the delivery address, contact number and email address provided are correct. If delivery fails because of incorrect details, restricted access, customer unavailability or refusal of delivery, additional charges may apply.
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If packaging or goods appear damaged, please take photographs and contact us promptly.
7. Returns and cancellations
Your rights to cancel or return an order may depend on the type of product, its condition and whether it has been customised, made to order or used.
Unless a product is faulty or not as described, returned items must usually be unused, unassembled where applicable, undamaged, complete with all parts and returned in suitable packaging.
Made-to-order, customised, personalised, clearance, hygiene-sensitive or assembled items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or not as described.
Please refer to our Return Policy for full details before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, missing parts or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label;
- details of any missing parts or visible damage.
Depending on the issue, we may offer replacement parts, a repair, collection, replacement item, refund or another appropriate solution.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights.
We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses where you purchase products as a consumer.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, strikes, supply chain delays, technical outages or regulatory restrictions.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
