When tracking becomes available
Tracking information is usually available after dispatch. Some courier systems may take 24–48 hours to update after the tracking link is created.
Large furniture tracking
Large furniture deliveries may not always show live parcel-style tracking. The courier may call, text or email you directly to book a delivery date.
Tracking has not updated
If the tracking page has not changed for a short period, it may still be moving through the courier network. Please allow extra time during busy periods.
Missed delivery
If you miss a delivery attempt, please follow the courier’s instructions to rearrange delivery. Redelivery charges may apply in some cases.
Incorrect tracking details
If your tracking link does not work or appears incorrect, please contact us with your order number so we can check it with the courier.
Order not arrived
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and delivery postcode.
Important: Delivery timeframes and tracking updates are estimates. Courier delays may occur during peak seasons, severe weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
